"Dear Mr. Bussani It was a pleasure to speak with you a few weeks ago. When my wife had pneumonia in 2010 and it was a real struggle for her to lift each part of the scooter to get it into our car. It made both of us dependent on the handymen at our coop and strangers to help us assemble and disassemble the scooter to get to doctor appointments. As a result, we only went out when we had to. My wife determined that we had to begin living again in 2012 and went on a search, and she found Bussani on the Internet, and then sent an email and it happened to reach Mike Lampert. From the moment we spoke to him, he began to ease our minds about what vehicles would suit our needs. He brought two to us the following week with his assistant Andrew. We couldn't believe it! Every stop of the way he assisted us in getting things tweaked for our special needs. That handholding was essential because this was new territory for us. Buying a new car is a process with lots of moving parts, and your team at Bussani, made the process as easy as it could be for us. Mike Lampert, Andrew (Mike's Assistant), Dottie, and everyone we met at Bussani, made us comfortable throughout the process. We were struck upon visiting Bussani Mobility, that it was the first time we felt "normal" that is to say that our needs were accepted and accommodated. This letter is our way of saying thank you. "I can not say enough positive things about Mark, Darcey and the rest of the Bussani Team. They have been absolutely amazing and professional throughout the course of our relationship, displaying an impressive level of insight, organization, and compassion. I would heartily recommend Bussani as the go-to resource for anyone interested in purchasing an adapted minivan. As the father of a wheelchair-bound seven year old with cerebral palsy, my life and I found process of selecting an appropriate adapted vehicle extremely daunting, with the wide range of options available, and imposing amount of bureaucratic process involved. Mark and his team were extremely helpful and patient with us, explaining the range of vehicles, modifications styles, and pricing, and ultimately helped us arrive at an ideal solution. Our VMI-adapted Honda Odyssey had been everything we expected and more, and has made a significant difference in our ability to transport our son and in his quality of life. When our initial paperwork was delayed because of a move from New York City to Westchester, Mark didn't blink. He simply and efficiently started the process anew, and made sure that things flowed smoothly. When VMI stock on the 2010 model we wanted was no longer available because of the delay on our part, Mark and his team went out of their way to find alternate vehicles, and ultimately helped us arrive at the purchase of a 2011 model at a great price. Throughout this, the Bussani team patiently put up with our endless questions, desires for road test, and explorations into potential additional modifications that could be made. They never pushed us with a hard sell, always patiently waiting for us to come to our own conclusions. Quality of life is directly lined with mobility. To say "Thank You" for the repairs made to my van doesn't not come close to the depth of appreciation I am trying to express to you and your team. Without my van to transport my scooter I would not be able to go to work, to shop or to travel. My entervan is 7 years old and was rusting she now looks like new and handles wonderfully. My sons in law tell me the price I paid for all the quality work was also great. "To our friends at Bussani, Until I recently purchased a van at Bussani, I was not able to get in and our of a car without extreme difficulty. I had stopped going to church or visiting the homes of family and friends for more than a year and a half. One day a neighbor of ours passed by the Bussani Van place which had numerous vans and told my daughter about it. She went there and found that I could easily be pushed up in my wheelchair. This meant that my daughter did not have to get me in and our of the wheelchair and into a car. She can easily manage the transfer in and our by means of the automatic door and ramp. This mechanism can also be done manually, so there is no fear on getting stuck away from home. We find this van to be a remarkable help to us. This had been a big improvement in my life style. I now go to church several times a week and see my dear friends whom I had not seen for many months and I can easily go to visit my family. I look forward to the coming holidays in a way I couldn't before. The people at Bussani were wonderful to deal with they were helpful in every way. "
